We installed an improved automated opener on the chain link gate for the owners of an apartment complex in the West Valley community of Yakima, WA.
The previous gate opener was faulty and causing traffic flow problems for residents of the apartment complex.
With the new system, residents input a code to enter the parking lot, but the gate opener we installed allowed them a free exit when it detected a vehicle as it would open the gate automatically.
