Joshy’s Fencing and Contracting LLC has more than 15 years of experience in outside living construction throughout Central Washington. The company is owned by Francisco and Nereida Espinoza, long-time residents of the Yakima Valley.
We serve commercial, residential, agricultural and industrial customers in Yakima County, Kittitas County, Benton County, Franklin County, Klickitat County, and all communities in Central Washington.

Our experienced skilled crew builds and maintains fencing, high security fences, driveway gate systems, decks, pergolas, gazebos, arbors, and awnings – all the elements needed to secure your property and enhance your outdoor living environment.
Our crew has more than 10 years of experience in the construction industry and specialized in fencing and deck builders. With great teamwork and skills they complete projects together involving manual labor in carpentry and other aspects of creating a garden space from scratch. Their experience includes many different aspects for fencing and construction projects, including:
- Determining property lines for construction sites
- Running heavy equipment
- MIG (performing welding and fabrication of decorative gates, fences, metal parts, welding equipment, welding diagram and work orders)
- Assisting welders with building and filling of gates and fences
- Running water lines for new landscaped beds
- Maintaining and repairing fences, gates and outdoor structures
- Digging and manual labor
